I Hate this moment when i start to get myself back and continue this endless jurney of looseing all this extra baggage that im carrying since i born ..
the will of changing all those bad habbits of snaking all the day , drinkin soda , ice cream , chocolate , fatty food , my graving for certine dishes , add to that iam emotinally eater ..
2 day im on scale again .. its 90.4 kg ..
i remember this number 90 .. when i started to avoid scales i was in high school back then .. its funny .. how i started this jurney when i was at high skool i looked at 90 kg and get furstrated and i even gained more than half of the weight and now the 90 makes alot different view from what i saw before over 12 years ..
Now i had to continue to loose more ..
